Tranquility Time retreats are filled with exciting experiences, designed for anyone from the aspirational to the accomplished retreater. You don’t have to be a yoga expert to enjoy this experience. Tranquility retreats are designed for anyone who has always thought about attending a retreat but felt a little apprehensive. You don’t have to be a seasoned yogi to attend. Enjoy and embrace this experience, relaxing Labyrinths, crystals, meditation and much much more.  I have designed each retreat with a theme in mind so there is variety of days to choose from.

ONLINE MEDITATION
So is it time for some peace of mind and to escape from it all?

Tranquility Time Retreats are held in Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire and now Online and are designed for all ages and abilities. The experiences are about encompassing all ages, all abilities. Making this mental and physical practice accessible to all, whilst demystifying some of the postures and philosophy, ensuring every experience is engaging and enjoyable.

On a typical day you will experience a variety of exciting tasters that include meditation, and restoring the body. Whilst you wrap up in blankets and breathe in beautiful lavender from the surrounding fields or essential oils whilst enjoying mindfulness experience, working with your breath, yoga Nidra relaxing and calming the body and mind. Receive an introduction to the beautiful world of crystals, clearing the chakras, sound bowls in a relaxed inviting accessible environment. You will also have an opportunity to walk round the Labyrinth at the Tofte Manor or explore the woodlands at the Arc, whilst nurturing and rejuvenating your body experiencing serenity and sometimes even a swim.

Once you have booked your place, I will hold a safe and beautiful space to nurture you for the day.

The day allows you to focus on just you, slow down, take a breath or two and get back to the most important person… YOU. These valuable hours are designed just for you and your level of involvement is entirely up to you. Either join one of our retreats or I can create a bespoke retreat just for you or you and your friends online, tell me what you would like and I will create your own retreat so if you want to wander through the woodlands in your meditation bring a cuppa or simply get lost in your own daydreams this is the experience for you. My goal is for you to feel totally comfortable and relaxed and enjoy your time.

Each retreat is concluded with a relaxing Savasna & sometimes a candlelight yoga meditation all in the comfort of a beautiful rural retreat to support and nurture your soul.

“A bit about me” – Susan Royle

  • I qualified as a Yoga teacher 6 years ago with Yoga Alliance and teach weekly classes, my aim is to share Yoga and demonstrate the many yoga lineages making this mental and physical practice accessible to all whilst demystifying some of the beliefs postures and philosophy to ensure every experience is engaging and enjoyable and sharing how Yoga and relaxation can be incorporated into our everyday lives, capturing the elegance of the postures, breath, and the positive influences a regular practice provides.
  • I come from a corporate background of 25 years and have experience of the ‘work hard play hard’ environment. I moved away from working in the city and into the countryside to start a new way of living. I would love the opportunity to share what I have learnt with you.
  • I love to see the relaxed afterglow of my clients after a day retreat.
  • I’m currently discovering new secret venues for my retreats in Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire.
  • It’s important to spread the word that these retreats are for all ages and experiences to give yourself some time out which will benefit everyone.
