Join me on Sunday 9th October 10am to 4pm at the beautiful Tofte Manor as we gather to celebrate the passing of Autumn Equinox explore the possibilities and allow the magic to unfold as we journey into the energies of the Full Cool Ice Moon and taste the medicine of the earth with an ancient cacao ceremony before we snuggle down and listen to the gentle beat of the drum, the whispers and rhythm of the earth as we relax and enjoy this transition through the seasons feeling the life force the Luna light and the letting go of anything we no longer need, soothing stretches then moving into a stillness on this Sunday celebration of coming back to our hearts back to our breath and back to ourselves.
