I’m on Pinterest

I’ve made it to Pinterest – a little late to the party maybe, but I’m loving it so far! It’s so easy to lose yourself for hours on there isn’t it, I’m going to have to be strict with how much time I allow myself on there.

I’m slowly building the content so there aren’t that many pins at the moment, but keep checking back, I’ll be sharing all my retreats, some tips and ideas for self care, and some pins about me and what I enjoy doing. I’m not brilliant at sharing about me, I think because I go live on social media quite often I think people know me, when all they know is my face… so I’m going to share me and what makes me happy and I’ll share some back story too, my time in India, volunteering in Sri Lanka and anything else I think you might find interesting.

If you’ve stumbled across my blog and wondering who on earth I am I’m Sue and my aim is to share with anyone like me who is busy, tired or simply needs some time to relax, ideas on how they can make some space for themselves, through simple breathing techniques, restorative yoga, mindfulness & meditation. I do this in various way, from retreats, to time in my self care space, essential oils and then there is my Royle Tranquility Time Club – A monthly membership where you come to rest, relax and restore – It is an experience that really is all about you!

That’s a little about me and what I do, I look forward to sharing more with you and helping you learn that self care isn’t selfish, we all need to look after emotional as well as physical wellbeing.
