Rahanni Celestial Healing 

a complementary therapy to help bring balance to the mind, body and soul.

Rahanni meaning “of one heart”, is a 5th dimensional healing modality, which was presented to Carol Stacey (www.rahannicelestialhealing.co.uk)

This Modality helps by releasing negative energies and replacing them with inner peace, positive thoughts, and compassion. It is a healing modality to help balance the mind, body, and soul.

Hatha Yoga

a gentle practice using your breath body and mind focusing on alignment engagement and energy helping to build flexibility, core strength, balance, and mobility.

Restorative Yoga

Deeply relaxing the body a slow paced practice using Props such as pillows, bolsters, blankets to support the body enabling you to still a busy mind releasing muscular tension, balances the nervous system and compassion helping to reduces stress  as you slow the breath release and let go. A very nurturing experience.

Yoga Nidra

Commonly known as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is a powerful practice allowing conscious relaxation  that brings about complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation balancing both the left and right brain as you flow into a place between dreams and sleep a beautifully relaxing and balancing practice, as you immerse yourself in a natural state of rest a regular practice will help improve sleep, decrease muscle tension, increase in creativity and energy and bring about a sense of calm.

Yin Yoga 

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, Yin yoga stretches and  the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body, aiming to increase circulation and improve flexibility as you remain in the postures for longer than in other styles of Yoga.

Heart centred Meditation Practice

This gentle guided healing heart meditation is a beautiful way to soften as we become gentle with ourselves and with others. Using our breath and relaxing into ourselves as we compassionately come home to our heart.

Chakra clearing and crystals 

cleansing, and balancing of the body’s energy centres (chakras). Using meditation and visualisation to help you feel more balanced relaxed and grounded incorporating intuitively selected crystals.
